Team Zoom Studios provides photography, videography, and related creative services for weddings, proposals, engagements, and other events. The specific deliverables, coverage, pricing, and timeline for your event are set out in the booking agreement we provide at the time of booking, which takes precedence over any general statements on this website.
A booking is confirmed once we receive your signed agreement and any required deposit. Deposits reserve your date and are applied toward your final balance. Remaining balances are due as specified in your booking agreement. Submitting an inquiry or booking request through this website does not by itself guarantee availability or confirm a reservation.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any non-refundable amounts, are detailed in your booking agreement. We will always do our best to accommodate reasonable changes to your date subject to availability.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Team Zoom Studios retains copyright in all photographs and video we create. You receive a personal license to use your images for personal, non-commercial purposes. We may use selected images for our portfolio, website, and marketing unless you request otherwise. Any commercial use of your images requires our written permission.
You agree to provide accurate event details, reasonable access to the venue and subjects, and timely communication. We are not responsible for missed moments caused by factors outside our control, such as venue restrictions, weather, or guest behavior.
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, loss of data, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control that prevent full delivery, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected services. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
The content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is owned by Team Zoom Studios and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose.
